Custom and personalized orders

If you see a design we have posted and would like some customization to it, please feel free to reach out and we can do our best to accommodate your request.

Please refer to the description section in each listing to view sizing details. Most listings are for unisex sized shirts (meaning they are similar to men's sizing) while others are listings for women's fit tees. Most listing descriptions also show whether the item runs small, true to size, etc. Please ensure you take note before ordering. If you want to double check specific size measurements, please send me a message! Also, please message me if you would like a particular fit (unisex vs women's fit) on a t shirt and it isn't offered in the listing. We do our best to accommodate these requests assuming we have inventory of the fit/size/style you requested. Additional fees may apply.

Address changes and updates

All orders are processed and shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. If you immediately notice that you've submitted an order with the incorrect address, please contact me within two hrs (before it is sent to production). I can attempt to halt production, but there are no guarantees. Once processed, unfortunately, I am not able to change the address on my end. The best course of action is for you to contact the mail carrier and see if a package intercept is possible. I cannot offer refunds if items are mailed to incorrect addresses. Please contact me immediately to best discuss options.

I gladly accept exchanges but please know that all buyers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back any returned items. Once the items have been mailed and received back to me, I will process your new order.

~~SHIRT SIZES & FIT

• Available sizes: from S to 3XL. Plus size clothing options are available. If you like our design and need the shirt in a bigger plus size, please reach out and we can try our best to accommodate the request (additional fees may apply in some cases).
• This style is a unisex shirt– if you’d like a women’s clothing fit, please message us as some styles can be produced (at no extra charge to you) in a women’s fit instead. Women’s shirts are also available in S-3XL. We also have youth clothing sizing available if you are interested.
• Women are recommended to order one size down for a fitted look if you are ordering unisex sizing.
• If you are unsure about the size you should order, please refer to the size chart in the pictures or contact us

• 100% combed and ring-spun cotton (fiber content may vary for different colors-Heather colors contain polyester)
• Ash color is 99% combed and ring-spun cotton, 1% polyester
• Heather colors are 52% combed and ring-spun cotton, 48% polyester
• Athletic and Black Heather are 90% combed and ring-spun cotton, 10% polyester
• Heather Prism colors are 99% combed and ring-spun cotton, 1% polyester
• Shoulder-to-shoulder taping
• Side-seamed
• Light fabric, weight: 4.2 oz (142 g/m2)
• Pre-shrunk fabric
• Runs true to size (unisex design)
• Tear away label
• Non-toxic ink which will not crack nor peel
• Comfortable, a unisex fit t-shirt with a round neck

~~DESIGN DETAILS

Please note that mock ups are for demonstrative purposes only. Due to DTG printing and computer screen variations, the coloring of the text and the final design colors may be slightly different. Also design ink will absorb into the product by a small degree and may not appear as vibrant as on mock up photos. This is normal and expected. Please do contact me if you have any questions about this prior to purchasing.

~~CARE & WASHING

Our t-shirts can be machine-washed cold or at maximum 30 degrees, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Our garments can be tumble-dried on a low cycle but hang dry works best. Use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.

Shipping & Processing Times
MOST ORDERS ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase due to COVID precautionary measures. Some ship sooner than this time frame while others ship slower. If you have a question about when your order will ship, please reach me directly and I will keep you updated on your order status. I will also send tracking information for your order once our warehouse prints and ships your items. In some cases, there are options for expedited shipping. Please inquire if you are interested. Thanks!

Gift Messages
Unfortunately we cannot add gift messages to orders because of the way the orders are routed to our production warehouses. It's something that will hopefully be updated soon, but not at this moment. I do send tracking information so you can monitor when your order arrives to let your recipient know the gift is from you. Also, for your convenience, we do not include prices in the packages.

Multiple Shipments
If you order more than one item from our shop, please be advised that your item may arrive in more than one package. We contract with several different print facilities and warehouses to print and ship our products, so items may arrive at different times and from different places. We can update you with tracking information for all your items!
