They sent me the wrong metal for my earrings. Wasn’t that upset just asked if they could please exchange them for what I ordered. They said they could send me a shipping label so I could send them backs that was a week ago and I haven’t heard anything back yet and I haven’t gotten a shipping label. Sucks because I ordered a ring as well and now I’m worried it will also be incorrect and there products are not cheap

These are absolutely stunning!! Unfortunately I already lost one of my earrings to the set so I’m hoping the owner of this shop will make me one earring to replace the one I lost of course with payment. But even if they won’t I will repurchase a full set.
