Where is my delivery ?

Please be aware that Royal Mail advise us that items can take up to 10 working days to arrive, if you have waited the allotted 10 working days, then please contact us and we will look into this for you. Also if you have purchased on a weekend, then the items will be posted the next available working day which will be Monday.

Are my Crystals Real ?

The vast majority of our crystals are natural. We do stock a small number of man-made / altered stones - generally where no such stone exists in nature. Most Citrine we sell is heat treated unless otherwise stated in the item description.

What Grade is my Shungite ?

Unless stated all of our Shungite is Noble A bit of an oversimplification but basically there are two types of shungite. 'Elite' or 'Noble' is the purest (highest carbon content) form of shungite. It is very expensive and rarely used to make polished items as it is very crumbly and cannot be shaped or polished at all well. The second type of shungite is a regular grade material. It's carbon content usually varies between about 30 - 45% or so, +/-. This material is almost always used for the production of polished items - it can be easily be shaped, drilled, etc. The remaining 55 - 70 % or so of the materiel can be made up of many different minerals depending on where the shungite was mined.

Please contact us in the first instance if you have any problems and we will aim to rectify them as best we can. Please be advised that should you require to return any item, we do not pay for the return postage. The cheapest way to return items to us is sending them 2nd class post.

Returns/ Failed Deliveries

If an item is returned to us after a failed delivery and it is down to an incorrect address being selected or a parcel not being collected from a Royal mail depot, then we will refund the cost of the item minus the delivery charge, or we can send it out again but the customer will be responsible for the postage costs, proof of postage paid can be given to the customer to prove the costs.
