CUSTOM PRINTED T-SHIRTS

All of my shirts are printed upon order, meaning that your shirt is custom-printed just for you! We use the latest in direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology that results in sharp and detailed print with vibrant colors. The printed artwork will feel like a soft screen print, and your shirt will be super comfy to wear!

Because the shirts are custom-printed, I'd need some time to process and print your shirt. This usually takes only a few business days, but my printer can get delayed if there's a rush. So please order as early as possible!

My images are digital mock-ups, so art size and placement may vary. Because each monitor has different color calibrations, actual colors may vary.

SHIPPING:

I have 3 shipping options available: USA Standard Shipping, USA Priority Mail and International Shipping.

----------- PRINTING & TRANSIT TIME FOR USA ORDERS ----------

Printing Time

Once you place your order, it will be queued to be printed in a first-come, first-served basis:

Standard Shipping: Turnaround time is usually only a few business days. It may take longer to print your shirt when my production partner gets spikes in orders, such as during or after sale periods and holiday rushes. Please don't wait till the last minute to order!

Priority Mail: 1 to 2 business days to print.

Transit Time

After your order is printed, it is packed and shipped according to the shipping options you chose during checkout.

Standard Shipping: 4 to 5 business days in transit
Priority Mail: 2 to 3 business days
Both options will include tracking info. All are subject to weather and courier delays, both of which are out of our control.

----- PRINTING & SHIPPING TIME FOR NON USA ORDERS (EVERYWHERE ELSE) -----

Printing Time:

Once you place your order, it will be queued to be printed in a first-come, first-served basis:
Printing time takes usually 2-7 business days. It may take longer to print your shirt when my production partner gets spikes in orders, such as during or after sale periods and holiday rushes. Please don't wait till the last minute to order!

Shipping Time: Average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order’s destination.

Shipping is subject to customs inspection and courier delays.
Because the speed of customs clearance varies from country to country, I cannot give you a definite time frame of delivery. If your package is stopped and inspected by customs, it may take a few weeks longer.

Non-USA orders may be subject to custom duties and fees. Because these vary from country to country, I do not know how much they will be. You are responsible for any custom duties and fees.

REFUND POLICY

Because your shirt is custom-printed just for you, unfortunately I am unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges. But if the printed artwork or the shirt itself is defective, I'm more than happy to replace it for you.

Regardless, if there's any problem, please don't hesitate to let me know. I'll do my best to work it out with you.
My work schedule is from 10 AM to 6 PM UTC+1.
