Can I choose the book?

I choose books based on the number of pages needed to complete the fold. Many books do not meet the page number requirements. If you have questions please reach out.

Where do the books come from?

I try to upcycle books as much as possible. This not only helps keep costs down but gives new life to books. I forage libraries, book sales, thrift stores, and discount books sites to find the most cost-effective options that are in the best condition.

These books are not meant to be read just admired. Please do not unfold the pages as sometimes the pages are fragile.

My book is upside down, why?

I upcycle books from libraries and discount book stores whenever possible. This keeps material costs down. Sometimes this means that I will have to get creative with folding, like folding a book upside down to hide the library stamp or publisher discount mark that can usually be found on the top of the book pages. This does not distract from the fold and most won't notice.
