Seller's description

Inspirational Journal for Women: Growth, Self-care, and Goal Setting!
Presenting this succulent and plant themed journal for personal goals, habits and intentions --
GROWTH: A Journal to Welcome Personal Change by Susie Ghahremani / Boygirlparty

This guided journal with prompts is a unique journal to be your companion through times of change. Whether you have a longterm goal in mind or are working to adopt new habits, this journal will support your journey!
Makes a great birthday gift for yourself, or a place to set goals or follow through a self care routine in the year ahead.

GROWTH: A Journal is structured in phases to be useful to you through the process of making life changes:
Section 1: SEED: Setting Goals
Section 2: SPROUT: Growing Your Efforts
Section 3: BLOOM: Nurturing Momentum
Section 4: THRIVE: Reflecting on Growth

Here are some of the special aspects of this 144 page journal I painted and drew and wrote:

* Full color throughout, illustrated by me with soothing florals and botanicals
* Includes licensed quotes by luminaries such as Rumi, Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chodron, and others to inspire you.
* Features lots of space to write, journal-style — but also has tips throughout to help you craft a concrete plan of action.
* Features a variety of ways to collect resources, quotes, and reminders to help you build a strong foundation for your efforts.
* Includes plenty of space to define and refine goals, so you can lay out your intentions!
* Encourages breaking up big goals into smaller and more easily accomplished aspirations, since we accomplish big dreams one step at a time.
* This edition is printed on archival, acid-free paper so it can become a lasting record of your progress.
* Measures about 5.5 x 8.5"
* THERE IS SO MUCH MORE!

Basically, I hope you love it and it serves you well!
Please peruse the photos attached to this listing to get a better idea of the 144 pages within.
I will include a complementary sheet of coordinating page marking stickers while supplies last!

Outstanding. Delivery was prompt and the package was beautifully wrapped. The journal itself was heartwarming with messages that will guide the the receiver on what to write rather than staring at blank pages with brain fog.
