This is such an excellent and unique piece for dressing up! I am so happy with the quality of this collar, and with how versatile it is to incorporate into outfits in different ways! It is perfect tied as a shrug. The shop owner Renae is absolutely delightful to communicate with, and the shipping was extremely fast.
