Please include your engraving message in the personalization field, or under "notes to seller" during checkout, or send us a message after placing the order. The engraving message should be up to 40 characters for rings size 7 and up (30 characters for rings under size 7).

Handwriting Engraving
To get handwriting engraving purchase the ring with the Inside Ring Engraving option and send us a message after purchase with a clear photograph of the handwriting.
We can fit up to 30 characters including spaces (20 for ring sizes under 7).
Suggestions to get the best picture of the handwriting:
- Use good lighting
- Write the text on white paper, no lined paper.
- Use a pen or a marker, not a pencil. A pencil commonly does not produce a good continuous line.

Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges: One size exchange free of charge within 30 days, including for personalized rings. The exchange window is extended until January 15th for purchases between November 15th and December 15th. For international we will charge for the shipping costs.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days for a full refund less shipping and handling costs. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in new, unworn condition and include all original packaging. We don't accept returns for items that have been personalized.

Ring Sizing
The best way to find out your ring size is to get sized at two local jewelry stores to confirm the sizing. You can also request that we send a ring sizer before shipping the ring. To get a ring sizer, select the option "Send Sizing KIT" under the "Ring Size" drop-down menu.
All our Tungsten and Titanium rings are comfort fit, meaning that the inside of the ring is rounded making them more comfortable to wear. Comfort fit rings commonly fit a half size larger than regular (non-comfort fit) rings. Therefore, follow the following guide to order the correct size:
- If you were sized for a regular, non-comfort fit ring, order half a size smaller (i.e. if you were sized for a size 10 1/2 order size 10).
- If you are ordering the size you wear on regular rings, order half a size smaller.
- If you were sized for comfort fit rings, then order the size that you were given.
- If you used our ring sizer to measure your ring size then order the size indicated by the ring sizer.
