ALL custom and personalized orders must be arranged through Etsy convo before purchasing. Please thoroughly read the description of your item and view the photos of your item to be sure it exactly what you expect. Custom orders are a final sale.

At this time, we can only ship to the address you provided to Etsy via USPS and we will provide you with your tracking number soon after your item is shipped. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected packages, once we have shipped an item via USPS.

Shipping around any holiday is unpredictable, so please purchase early.

Shipping internationally is expensive. If, however we accidentally overcharge you on international shipping, you will promptly receive a refund for the overage on that shipping .

Whenever possible we will try to combine shipping. Combined shipping may not always be possible, especially if the items ordered are not paid for in the same transaction. Thank you for understanding.

Please note that each computer/phone/tablet has its own color management program and color settings. Because of this, it is very possible that the colors on your screen might differ from the actual colors of the item. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have prior to your purchase. Our junk journals are made from many vintage/ repurposed items such as old books, cards, etc. Some of the pages we use are handmade and they may contain "imperfections.” We believe this adds to the vintage charm. If you prefer a perfectly flawless, machine made book, we suggest that a junk journal may not be the best fit for you.

From time to time we like to make room for new items in our shop. We place items in the clearance section to give our customers a change to purchase great quality items at a lower price. All clearance items are a final sale. NO exchanges or returns.
