When will my order ship?

All items are made to order, so please allow 2-7 days fulfillment time prior to shipping.

Do you print your apparel / craft your jewelry?

At this time, I don't have the means to manufacture my goods by hand, so I work with third-party companies here in the United States. However, I can guarantee you that all of the designs are 100% my own.

My shirt smells sour?

Sometimes a sour smell can result as a by-product of the direct to garment printing process. (To be specific, it's a fixation agent that helps the ink stick to the fabric.) Don't worry: your shirt is totally clean and brand new, and the smell will go away after it's been washed.

My item arrived damaged or defective?

My production partners are super reliable, and I try out all my products myself, but sometimes things happen. If there's an issue with your order, I will do everything in my power to resolve it for you. If necessary, I'm happy to replace the item and/or issue a refund.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, since all items are made to order I can't accept returns or exchanges.

Can I get [X] design in a different shirt color?

Absolutely! I have access to 47 different colors in the unisex t-shirts, and 15 different colors in the ladies' triblend tees. Just let me know what you're looking for and I'll work with you to make it happen!
