I am so very grateful for coming across Chiara's Yoga Paper store. I purchased two of her PDFs, 108 Hatha Poses and 56 Yin Poses. As soon as I made the purchase she reached out to make sure I was satisfied with my order! Imagine my surprise as I know she's based in Austria. Since printing them on 18X24 paper at my local Staples, I have been trying to complete the 108 poses in one session. Her practice is so evident in her art, it flows so well, and believe me, it's a workout! I love that I can go at my pace, enjoy each pose for as many breaths as I want and focusing on the line figures is actually very relaxing! Although, I do subscribe to a video yoga app, I'm finding that after working on a computer all day, paper is simpler and kinder. Thank you, Chiara! Wishing you much success, I'll be coming back for more :)
