Custom Chibi Doll Plushie with Outfit - Any Character! - 10”

These 10-inch chibi doll plushies are made to order and can be any existing or original humanoid character (or real person) your heart desires! I ask that you please message me prior to purchase with photo references or links to references of your character so that I can confirm it is within my skill set to create and fits this base pricing before you place an order. Please note these dolls are NOT intended for children due to small parts and pieces.

Each purchase includes one plush with a full outfit. I include most small details with outfits, but may need to simplify some due to the small scale I work on. Please note these dolls DO NOT standardly come with undergarments, metallic felt armor, weapons, or props; I have a separate listings for undergarments, weapons, or armor as add-ons!

***Processing time is currently a MINIMUM of 8 weeks, maximum of 15 weeks per my work and personal schedule, as well as current commissions queue. Etsy unfortunately doesn’t let me set higher processing times than 10 weeks anymore, so please be advised of this before ordering!***

In the personalization box, please include links to images of your character if you have them and/or a description of your character. Please feel free to message me with image references if you do not have links to share!

In the dropdown box, please choose your embroidered face style. Please note I currently am limited to the styles shown and cannot make custom faces. However, I can swap mouth and eye styles from the face options shown if you desire. Please just message me or leave me a note if this is the case!

My doll plushies are made with the highest-quality minky on the market, Shannon cuddle 3 minky fabrics! Each doll has a machine embroidered face and I can hand-paint other details such as scars, markings, or tattoos. Clothes are made with quilting cotton, faux leather, flannel, felt, knit, faux fur, and other various types of apparel fabrics.

A few important things to note, so please read before you purchase! Thank you for reading, understanding and acknowledging the following details!🙂:

•Please be kind, courteous, and patient during the process—I ask that you understand that I am the sole creator of my shop, and I often receive several custom orders at the same time. I also work full time during the week as a teacher, so my sewing time is typically limited to a few nights a week, weekends, and holidays.

•I allow one round of minor changes for free, but any other minor or major changes to your doll during or after pieces or the whole doll have been made will be quoted at an additional charge.

•All characters are made with the Chibi Human Doll Pattern, expansions, and embroidery by Choly Knight (SewDesuNe?) as well as my own alterations and pattern additions as needed. You can find her patterns and embroidery files at www.cholyknight.com.

•I sometimes simplify outfits with heavily detailed or intricate parts to best fit the chibi style of my plushies. I try my best to include as much detail as possible, but may need to simplify or omit some details due to the small scale I work on.

•I strive to make all plushies to the best of my ability. Sometimes, small differences in angles, shapes, positioning, clothing, design, etc. may occur due to the 100% handmade nature of my plushies and due to material availability, my own skills, and whether your character is under copyright. These are not to be seen as flaws, but as personality and artistic representation.

•When you place an order, I will message you within a week with a link to my commissions calendar document via Google Drive so you can keep track of where your character is at in queue. The document includes estimated start and completion dates, current status, photo references, and important order notes. I update this document at least weekly, so please feel free to check in with it at any time!

•I will send you photo updates through Etsy once your order is up in queue! This typically includes at least 2 to 3 progress photos, and nicer portfolio grade photos when I am finished making your order.

•

Care instructions:

All of my plushies can be machine washed using a delicate cycle with cold water and gentle detergent, NO fabric softener or bleach! A mild stain remover can be applied if needed.

My plushies can also be machine dried as long as your machine has an air only or no heat setting. I personally like using the “Air Only” setting for about 2 hours to ensure they are fully dry, inside and out. If your machine does not have an air only setting, please hang dry for as long as needed.

My plushies can be brushed with a soft bristled laundry brush or one like the brushes from Build-A-Bear to help the minky retain its texture over time. I highly suggest brushing regularly if your plushie sees a lot of travel or handling.

Please note some parts of my plushies are sewn on by hand, and may not be as resilient to rough handling or wear compared to the machine sewn parts. Please be gentle with hand sewn parts such as bangs of hair, horns, tails, wings, etc. that may be attached by hand.
