QUALITY:
Our goggles are hand-made with attention to detail each step of the way. The base sockets are of the sturdiest fashion as they are steel, and are connected in the middle with a real leather strap. The ~nylon~ band that goes behind the head has two adjusters, making for a perfect fit, regardless of proportions.
** The lens caps (steel) are cleaned thoroughly before having two coats of brass paint applied, as well as a clear overcoat that prevents chipping. **
~~The faux leather is folded at its edges before being attached to the siding to provide a nice looking edge, (as shown in the last picture of the listing.) ~~
**Each colored lens comes with an extra clear lens, and every Honeycomb and Waspeye template comes with clear lenses underneath. Saving your eyes from the hazards of airborn particles and dust/sandstorms.**

SAFETY/PROTECTION:
The lenses are crystal clear acrylic, these will not shatter.
The sockets extend about ½ an inch to the side of the eye.
Maintenance:
The lens caps are easy to unscrew to pop out the lenses and clean with water, or swap out for other colors!!

I love these goggles! They feel well made and solid, and they arrived sooner than expected. Only downside is that they get pretty uncomfortable after a while if you wear them on your head, as the edges kinda press into your head. I may need to find a hat to put them on in the future instead lol

I absolutely love love love these goggles! The leather etching and cameos really make a huge difference in the design. I initially had bought a pair half the price. Do not skimp on goggles! These are absolutely beautiful and elegant - perfect for my Victorian Time Traveler. The shipping arrived early which was an added bonus. Now my hat is complete. I think they come with blue lenses so I didn’t need the extra lenses. Next time I’ll order the mesh - looks like a fun extra! Highly recommend!!
