Unless stated, all the shoes are made to order, turnaround time depends to the quantity of orders I have on line, average turnaround time is 3-4 weeks, please, contact me for precise info.

I can dispatch ready to ship accessories within 3 days of receiving the order, with the exception of weekend and bank holidays, in these cases this may be stretched up to 4 or 5 days. Any exceptions to this timescale will appear in my shop announcement.

Standard shipping doesn't have a fixed and guaranteed transit time-frame so, if you are in a rush or if you need the shoes to be on your feet for a specific date, please, upgrade your shipping to Express.

I'm not responsible over the transit time of your parcel: once the parcel is in the courier hands, my responsibility as a seller is over, if you have issues with the Courier, please, contact them directly.
I will however be happy to help and assist you as much as possible, in case my intervention is needed.

As a seller, I am not responsible for any customs duty or tax charged by your government on imported goods into your country so, please, make sure you are aware of your country's import charges for leather goods.

All of the parcels travel without insurance, in case you wish to add an insurance to your goods, please, contact me and I´ll be happy to propose you the rates for this additional service.

As a seller, I´m not responsible if a parcel get lost, stolen or damaged once it' s sent, once the parcel is in the Courier hands, my control over it, and so my responsibility, is over.

► ABOUT SHOE SIZING:
As generic size charts are approximate and every brand feature its own fitting, in order to have the perfect size on my shoes I suggest you to measure your foot length, it only takes a minute! 😉
Please, place your foot on top of a ruler on the floor with the back of the heel and the beginning of the ruler against a wall, check then the total length and compare it to my size chart:

If you are in between two sizes, please, go a size up.

Please, consider that my shoes fit small/snug at the beginning however, as the leathers I use are very soft, they tend to naturally stretch and after few uses they normally fit like a glove!

Bigger or smaller sizes are available upon request: please, contact me if you have a special size request.

Shoes can´t be returned for sizing reasons.

► ABOUT LEATHER: real leather is a natural product. It breathes, it’s warm and has individual characteristics which are the natural charm and beauty of hide. As a natural product however, it will often display traces of the animal’s past life, such as small marks and little differing fiber density. These hallmarks in no way detract from the wearing qualities of leather; they are the signs that discerning owners cherish when buying leather. With the passage of time and normal use, it develops a patina which enhances its natural beauty.

► ABOUT HANDMADE SHOES and ONE-OF-A-KIND GOODS: my shoes are truly and completely handmade by me, I do my very best on the selection of leathers and to take the most realistic pictures of my shoes but, keeping in mind what above and that the shoes are done in an artesan way, please, consider that there could be small differences in between pictures and the shoes you´ll receive: these minor differences are the signs of a all one-of -a-kind, handmade product!
Please, consider that your shoes are done by hand so they don´t feature the same polished finishing of industrial made shoes.
