When will I get my order?

Our products are made-on-demand, which means once you place the order, we start working to get it to you. It takes time for us to create and send out the product, but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction. This way we get to take care of you and the planet we all share. Usually, it takes 2–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: ● Australia: 2–14 business days ● USA: 3–4 business days ● Europe: 6–8 business days ● Japan: 4–8 business days ● Rest of the world: 10–20 business days Shipping carriers could sometimes be experiencing possible delays due to unforeseen circumstances, which could affect the delivery time frame.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information once it is available. If you ordered more than one product, they will often come in separate shipments; in such a case, you will get separate tracking information for each.

My order never arrived. What now?

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address; however, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, email us with your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

Do you do custom and personalised orders?

Custom orders are always welcome. We can customize all of our designs to your needs! Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Why do my items smell like vinegar or has a residue?

It is not unusual to notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue when unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print. It is from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.

I received the wrong size. What do I do?

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out. Any problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Please email us with an image of the product within a week of receiving it and we’ll let you know what your next steps are. We do not accept exchanges due to a wrong size being ordered by the customer.

I received a damaged product. What do I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address ● Ask your local post office if they have your package ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us with your order number.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

ABOUT THE MATERIAL

Ring-spun cotton is made by continuously twisting and thinning the cotton strands, which makes a very fine rope of cotton fibers. Preshrunk garments are items of clothing that have already been washed, or “compacted,” so additional washings will not shrink the garment significantly.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

1. 1. Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
2. 2. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life.
