Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are always welcome! I'll do my best to meet your need, so please contact me for availability. For custom or special request orders, you must contact me prior to the order for availability.

Shipping address /resending the package

Once your package is marked as shipped/accepted/in transit/delivered by USPS according to tracking, we have no control over your package. It is your responsibility to check your shipping address is correct when you place the order. If the package is returned to sender for insufficient or wrong address provided by customer, you are responsible for the shipping cost to resend the package. I'll do my best to meet the shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, weather conditions, season and actual processing time by USPS.

Coupon / combine orders policy

Coupon must be entered at check out to receive discount. We do not refund discounts. Coupon discount is not valid for pending orders and previous orders. To combine separate orders, orders must be placed within one hour frame(only up to 2 orders). Otherwise, all separate orders will be processed as a separate transaction. The shipping overages refund will be issued only when customer qualifies for combining orders. To qualify for free shipping, the total purchase needs to be $35 (before shipping and tax) or more from my shop in ONE transaction. Customers will not be qualified for free shipping by combining pending orders.

There is no extra charge or rush order fees for rush orders however you MUST contact me PRIOR to the order if it is available. Please let me know via conversation if you are in a rush or need it by certain date.

I use 1.5” or 2” hair clip for most of my items. Usually 1.5” is for babies with fine hair, dolls and pets and 2” is for toddlers and older with more hair. However PLEASE choose the size of clips depends on amount of hair girls have not the age of her. 2” clips are bigger and slightly heavier than 1.5” clips due to the size of the clip. If you need help choosing the size of clips, please contact me prior to the order. I will be happy to help!

The direction of the clips

If you purchase multiples and want them to be pigtail styles(one for the right and one for the left), please contact me prior to the order. I’ll be happy to customize them for you. Otherwise the direction of clip will be exactly as you see in the listing.

Exchanges and returns

All sales are Final! We DO NOT accept the returns and cancellations. For exchange, please contact us in 3 days of delivery and ship back to us in 7 days. (No returns, cancellations and exchanges for custom or wholesale orders) Customers are responsible for any shipping charges occur for exchanges.(shipping back to us AND shipping to the customer from us) All exchanges must be shipped with a tracking number to qualify for an exchange. Customers are responsible for any loss of values. The customer must contact us prior to any exchanges.(One time only per a customer) After we receive the items back for exchange, we will contact via conversation message including total values of items, and then customer can decide items for exchange.

01/01/2021, if a package is lost or damaged during shipping, customer will receive replacement of same item for one time (no refund). Insurance will cover lost package: if no tracking update or delivery for 21 business days after filing a claim, package will be considered lost. Insurance will cover damaged package: Damaged item during shipping (not after delivery): must contact seller with 3 photos in 2 days of delivery based on tracking Insurance will NOT cover: Delivered package - USPS tracking Delayed package Damaged package after delivery Package was lost or returned to sender due to wrong /insufficient address provided by customer. Package was stolen or mis delivered by USPS (It’s customer’s responsibility to contact local USPS
