🌱Ayurvedic Infusions aim to promote balance between the mind, body and spirit. These adaptogenic tea blends are meant to align the inner elements and forces of the body, to the outer elements and forces of the universe. There are three sources of fatigue in Ayurveda; mental, emotional and physical. Each of these sources relates to the three doshas, or mind-body types; Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
This blend is meant to promote a rejuvenating balance between all three doshas.

Steeping Instructions:
Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1-2 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 5-7 minutes.

(*Organic): *Yerba Mate Leaf, *Green Tea Leaf, *Ashwagandha Root, *Guayusa Leaf, *Spearmint Leaf, *Gotu Kola Leaf, *Licorice Root and natural flavor.

🌱Green tea & yerba mate are well known for their caffeine content and stimulating properties, which can help reverse the lethargic effects resulting from imbalances.
🌱Guayusa ~ native to the Amazon rainforest and known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Also helps improve mood and alertness. Guayusa is a perfect balanced alternative to coffee, yerba mate, and green tea combining caffeine for a perfect balance in energy, mental clarity, and focus to prevent jitters and crash found in coffee and energy drinks.
🌱Ashwagandha can be compared to ginseng, and is known for its restorative effects on fatigue and concentration.
🌱Gotu kola contains no caffeine, but is known to decrease anxiety and soothe one's emotional state.
