Small Businesses can create up to 100 physical items (t-shirts, tumblers, towels, pillows, etc.) to sell to their customers. If you foresee exceeding this 100 item limit, you can repurchase this listing to cover another 100 physical items.
All physical items must be created by you (the person who purchased the design).
If you post a photo of an item with our design on it, we ask that you would place a watermark over the design. This helps prevent theft of the design!

NOT ACCEPTABLE:
You may not use any of our designs in part or in whole to create any new digital design to sell.
You cannot upload our designs to any site for resale. These sites would include Etsy, Creative Market, Creative Fabrica, Sawgrass Go Expressions, etc.
You may not share, copy, gift, resell or modify our designs.
You may not upload your downloaded design to a Print On Demand or 3rd party printing sites.
You may not upload any of our backgrounds or images to 3rd party fabric printers such as Spoonflower, My Fabric Designs, etc.
You may not sell printed transfers (sublimation transfers, HTV transfers, waterslides, screen prints, adhesive vinyl sheets, etc.) without purchasing our extended license found under the Extended License section of the shop.
