When you order from SolBurstDesigns, your items are printed to order. Please allow 4-10 business days for production.

Shipping times depend on location and shipping method. Standard shipping in the US typically averages about 4-5 business days.

Please note that orders of multiple items may sometimes come in two separate shipments and may arrive a couple days apart.

Our items are made to order, so we're unable to accept returns. We do accept exchanges on clothing items. If you would like to exchange a clothing item for a different size or color, please contact us via Etsy chat within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll provide you with our P.O. Box to return your original item. Once we receive your returned item, we will get to work on your new item; our standard 10 business day production time applies. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you item arrives damaged, please message us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We ask that you contact us to report the problem within 14 days of receiving the order.

Once an order has shipped, its journey to you is outside of our control. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.

We create all of our designs, then work with a few different production partners to purchase items and print your orders. We use different suppliers for different items (shirts, hoodies, etc.) Most orders ship directly from our production partners to you.

We print our designs clothing items from multiple brands; primarily, Bella Canvas (made in USA) and Gildan (made in Honduras). The brands we choose to print on adhere to ethical production and labor standards.
