I am so happy that I was able to work with Suzy again on a custom piece! She is so talented, and made a beautiful painting from a treasured family photo! I asked Suzy if she could paint this photo of me as a child for Father's Day. One of my father's favorite memories is of us playing Supergirl together. Suzy captured this with delicate detail. She also communicated with me along the way to make sure we were on the same page about what to include and certain features, etc. My dad was so happy to receive the painting. I saw a painting of Suzanne's at my friend's house prominently displayed. It was of an old photograph of her and her sister on Halloween. I thought it was so beautiful and such a sweet gift. I sought out Suzy on Etsy and I'm glad I did! My partner lost his beloved dog over a year and a half ago and thinks of him often. I found one of his favorite photographs of Rocky and asked if Suzy could paint it. She was thorough, very attentive to detail, sought input, and a joy to communicate with. She also did this in a pretty quick time frame as it was commissioned in early December and ready in time for Christmas. The process was fantastic and the painting is wonderful. My partner was very surprised and a little tearful. We have hung it near the doorway of our home. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Suzy has enormous talent!
