The digital files I purchased are not working, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of Digital files, I cannot provide a refund. However, please message me. I'm not an expert in softwares or machines, but I can try to fix image issues you may experience.

I don't have a vinyl cutter or software to use these, do you provide any custom gifts with the images?

Yes, my designs can be placed on mugs, shirts, hoodies and more. Please message me with the image you want and the product you are looking for. I can get you a quote within 24-48 hours.

Do you sell the images for commercial use?

At this time, our products are only available for personal use. We are looking into commercial selling, but we are not there yet. We ask that you please do not resell these, or sell your own products with these images.

Can I return a physical product?

Unfortunately, since physical products are made to order we do not accept returns at the moment. Please read through the descriptions carefully, and reach out to us if you have questions. If you have a production issue, such an error during the printing process, please reach out to us so we can find a solution.
