Our village have a pop up Post Office on a Tuesday afternoon - to be environmentally friendly ideally I will post orders out on Tuesday - if you need it in a hurry just let me know. I will let you know when I plan to post your order. You are responsible in ensuring that the address supplied at checkout by Etsy is your correct and full current address. I do not accept responsibility for packages which are lost due to incorrect address information nor provide refunds for such omission by buyers. Overseas buyers should be aware that I can not be held responsible for delays in customs, sorting offices, during busy periods, etc. I use Royal Mail second class delivery, if you would prefer first class please let me know.

Personalised orders are non-refundable. All other orders are subject to a 14 day cancellation period upon receiving your goods. Goods should be returned unused, unwashed and in perfect condition with any original tags still attached. The customer is responsible for the fees of the returns postage. Original postage cannot be refunded. I strongly advise you to return using a secure postal method with tracking, as I can not refund or exchange for items not received.

The cushion covers and hand embroidered and do take time to make, please allow 3-5 days production. If you need one urgently convo me and ill see what I can do.

The cushion cover is made in a “natural” or “flax” linen with dark grey embroidery. It has an envelope closure at the back.

Cushion covers should be handwashed in cold water.
