I only execute orders that are based on my design. I can change things that are related to the definite model I have created. I can tighten, shorten, reduce or extend something of your choice. In connection with this, you can contact me with a message. I will immediately react, we will create for you the perfect model.

What about shipping to the USA – will I pay extra customs fees?

No. All shipments to the USA are sent with paid customs duties and taxes (DDP). You will not pay anything extra upon delivery.

Will I have to pay customs and duties?

Shipping Policy We ship worldwide from Europe. All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Europe: 5–7 business days USA & Canada: 7–14 business days (with paid customs duties and taxes – DDP, so no extra fees upon delivery) UK: 7–12 business days Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days Everywhere else: 10–20 business days Customs & Duties: For shipments to the USA, all customs duties and import taxes are prepaid – you will not be charged extra upon delivery. Fabric is good quality, but they extremely messed up with the measurements. Even though the exact measurements was provided. It looks very different from that sample pictures and they made it so long that it’s almost touching the heels while is specifically said to make it similar fit as the sample pictures. Now I would have to drop extra 70-100usd to get it fixed locally.

This cardigan is made of high-quality wool knitwear. The lady forgot to mention that the person for whom the cardigan was made is 192 cm tall - 6"3 inches. Since the fabric is wool rips, it stretches when worn. We did not estimate that this stretching would occur. We suggested to the lady that she return the cardigan to us to shorten it. But she did not agree. That is why most stores do not take individual orders. We did not even take extra money for the individual order. This fabric is very expensive. Finally, we get this review. I am very sorry, but for such a custom-made boutique product, the price is very low. I think we do not deserve it! Gabby
