This Beautiful Pendant is Imperial Jasper (Mexico). A very unusual example in Rich Varying Shades of Green. This is an old stone cabochon....cut in the 1980's. It's exquisitely cut and polished and I've never seen Imperial Jasper looking quite like this !

It's set into a hand fabricated sterling silver setting with graduated "beads" at the top. Behind the top bead is a hidden bale for a chain. It's stamped " Sterling-Guss" on the back of the setting. It measures at 1-5/8 inches tall x 1 inch ( at the widest point at the bottom).
