We are available of customized order.You can send us the pictures or illustration then We can start to talk about your dream piece.For our listing,it is also available to change the center stone,side stone and material.If you have any ideas about our listing,just let us know. For custom designed orders, additional fees might apply.

All sizes are available. Normal size is Size 4-9. If your size is smaller than 4 or larger than 9, pls kindly contact us about your size.

Can I change my address once an order is placed?

We do not suggest to do that since the address is not verified by etsy if your package gets lost during transit we are not responsible for it . Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order.

Can I resize the ring after I receive it?

-Yes we can resize the ring for you after receiving.It will spend approx 2 weeks and need extra USD50-100. I suggest have the ring resized by your local jewelry shop which will save time and money. (So please reconfirm the suitable size for you when you place your order)

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery *NON-CUSTOM items can be returned, a material loss fee and labor fee of $200 will be charged. Free cancellation within 24 hours, $100 craftsmanship fee after 24 hours.

I offer a 30-day free warranty with complimentary stone replacement for any stone that falls out. Cleaning and maintenance services are not included with the purchase of the ring. Customers can clean their rings themselves using warm water, soap, and a soft-bristle brush. I recommend removing your ring before coming into contact with chemicals!

The standard sizes are 4-9 US. I can offer a different size, please contact me!
