Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased?

All our items are MADE-TO-ORDER, so please note that currently we are unable to accept exchanges and returns for unwanted items, or in case the customer changes their mind or would like to change for a different size, product, or color. Please carefully follow our size charts, the sizing information, and the product details in the listing. We only accept exchanges and returns on faulty items, items not as described, or items with quality issues.

What if I provided an incorrect/invalid address at checkout?

Please contact us within 12 hours of purchase and we will gladly change your address. After that that time we are not able to guarantee address change because the order is being prepared for shipment. If the order gets returned to us due to an incorrect/invalid address, we can reship it to a correct address for an extra fee which is the buyer's responsibility to pay. If the buyer would prefer not having the product reshipped, then please note we are not able to refund your order, because currently we don't have the ability to resell returns where the customer provided a wrong address. So please always make sure your shipping address is correct.

Tapestry Care Instructions

• Wash the item only cold machine wash with similar color garments using a gentle cycle. • Tumble dry on low setting or hang dry. • Do not bleach or dry clean. • Iron it on reverse side, on low setting. This should remove any wrinkles.

Tapestry Hanging Ideas

• Hang the tapestry with thin nails, decorative tacks, or push pins, if you don't mind piercing the fabric. • Use adhesive hooks for a damage-free method (for both your walls and the tapestry) and hang the tapestry onto the hooks with some metal clips. • Hang with velcro strips. • Tapestry rod / dowel: Sew a channel at the top of the fabric and hang it from a rod. You need to create the channel for the dowel, it is not readily made. • Fix a rope to the wall horizontally with two nails. Hang the tapestry with some wooden pegs from the rope. • Stretch over a frame. Please note: Hanging fixtures are not included with our tapestries.
