I generally do not accept returns and exchanges. However, it is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase, so I would like to fix any issue that you might have. Please contact me within 7 days after you received your order so we can work something out. Also, I always encourage my customers to ask me as many questions as you need BEFORE placing your order - I will be happy to help you in choosing your size, adjusting measurements, deciding on the color, providing more details about the garment, etc. In case we both agreed that you must return or exchange the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Yes, I would be happy to make something just for you! Please feel free to contact me so we can discuss about the details and pricing. I will not charge extra fee for small adjustments, for example, you want your bag handle to be a couple of inches longer or shorter. Every case is unique, so let me know about your preferences. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Every body is unique so sometimes it’s difficult to fit into standard sizes. Please let me know if you’re not sure what size to order. To make sure the garment fits you the best, please email me your measurements (bust, waist, hip, and length if needed) - that always helps a lot! Also, if you don’t see your size in the sizing chart, please contact me, we will work on some adjustments.

Yes, I agree, that’s not an easy one! I do my best to take photos using a natural daylight, however sometimes the real color of the fabric still differs a little. Please contact me, and I would gladly send you more photos, or, if you wish, I can mail you a small sample of the fabric.

Also, please choose the length of your dress. In average, short (36in) dress will be just above your knees, medium (40in) - below your knees, and the long (44in) one- mid calf length. Of course, it depends on your height, too.

Linen garment care:
For the best results hand wash is recommended, however you can wash it in the washing machine. Please use lukewarm water, mild detergent and choose the gentle cycle. When drying, select medium heat, remove your linen garments while they are still slightly damp, shake them and lay flat to finish drying. Do not over dry! Ironing is really optional since linen is beautiful in its unique wrinkles.
