What is this store's return & exchange policies?

If you're not satisfied with one of my items, please let me know so that I can resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If it is a custom-ordered piece (in which you chose the words or names on the piece), then I cannot offer refunds, because it is your personalization (unless I've misspelled something or put in a wrong date). If you're an international buyer (outside of the US) and wish to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of arrival of item, so that a resolution can be reached. :) If requesting a refund, refunds will be issued once item has been returned.

How long will it take to receive my order?

[update April 2020] Due to the current pandemic/COVID-19 outbreak, shipping times may be extended, taking longer than usual. From the USPS.com website: "USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts". Because all items are handstamped/handmade, it can take 1-3 days to complete the item. Items are shipped first class. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks, barring any issues with customs and your country's postal service.

You've seen the "best friend" necklaces, where each friend gets a half? This follows that concept, but with a She-Ra & Adora inspired twist.

These necklaces read "Hey Adora” and "Hey Catra”

They're hand.stamped on silver-colored or bronze tags (metal or aluminum), and hang from approx. 18" of silver chain.

There are two necklaces in the set - one for you, one for your best friend (or significant other, or close relative, or whomever).

This is a clever little set for She-Ra fans.

If you would like ‘Catra’ & ‘Adora’ instead of ‘hey Catra’ & ‘hey Adora’, just drop me a message or mention it in buyer’s notes. :)

[If you have metal allergies, please note: These chains, charms & tags are not sterling silver. They're silver-plated and/or steel, and may contain nickel or other such metals.]

These necklaces are very cute and it was the perfect Christmas gift for my girlfriend. I love the font of the engraving.

Amazing quality and amazing customer service :) I had some trouble with the shipping but it wasn’t the sellers fault at all and she helped a lot, she resent my package for free and also threw in two keychains for free which I wasn’t expecting ♡ I definitely recommend:p
