I want you to be happy with your purchase from my shop. However, if your order does not meet your expections in any way, you can return your merchandise (within 7 days of receipt) for a refund minus the following:

◆ Jewelry, Hair Combs & Hair Pins: A $6.50 Handling Fee will be deducted from your refund.
◆ Tiaras & Headbands: A $10.95 Handling Fee will be deducted from your refund.
◆ Orders with 2 or more items, a flat 15% restocking fee.

⚠️ Upon receiving your merchandise, please inspect immediately. If your merchandise arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, CONTACT ME THE SAME DAY you receive your merchandise. Failure to do so voids any returns.

1. Notify me within 3 days of receiving your order. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Upon contact, further instructions will be given on where to return merchandise. Merchandise returned without notifying me first will be returned to sender.

2. Mail it back within 7 days from the day you received the merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If merchandise is not shipped back immediately and in a shipping box, the package will be refused and Returned to Sender.

3. Customer is responsible for return shipping. It is recommended that returns are sent back with insurance. I will not refund a returning item that has been lost in the mail.

NO BUBBLE ENVELOPES. Keep your shipping box in case you need to make a return.

◆Merchandise must be returned in it's original packaging, lavender jewelry box/ white headpiece box, Tags On. ◈ RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING & ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION.

◆Merchandise will not be refunded if received damaged due to poor packaging!

⚠️ I pack all my Tiara's and Jewelry very carefully, with extra padding to prevent mishaps in shipping.

In the event your merchandise does arrives damaged, please furnish pictures of the damaged shipping box and the interior damaged white tiara box or lavender jewelry box.

You may need to sign an affidavit from the USPS insurance company. (USPS requires this for claim purposes)

I cannot and will not refund a Crown, Tiara, Headband or Jewelry that has broken/bent because of mishandling. (i.e. bending forcefully, twisting components, ends have been bent, etc.) Merchandise does not break or bend unless it has been mishandled.

NO RETURNS AFTER WEDDING DATE.
Custom pieces are NON-REFUNDABLE.

IMPORTANT: If you are returning an item from outside of the United States, I will not be responsible for any custom fees, they will be subtracted from your refund amount.

In the event your package gets lost with USPS, I will do everything on my part to find. If a claim needs to be filed, you may need to sign an affidavit from the USPS insurance company. In any event, you will receive a refund through Carol B Designs or possibly through Etsy's Buyer Protection Program.

I am not responsible for any package lost or stolen once Delivered.

⚠️ IF A TRACKING NUMBER SAYS A PACKAGE HAS BEEN "DELIVERED" TO THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT'S DISAPPEARANCE.

Items entering your countries will be subject to VAT charges or custom duties.
Etsy collects VAT on orders UNDER $135.00.
For orders valued OVER $135, customs charges will be applied upon entry into your country.

Once the package has arrived in your country, your Postal Office/Royal Mail will notify you (if applicable) showing how much is due before you can receive your item. You can pay online and arrange a delivery date. I want you to have no suprises!
