We answer them in the order in which they are received, but please allow up to 48 hours for a response, as we do our printing/designing during the day. We answer convos Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, and sporadically during the weekends. Please allow until the following Monday for a response if you have sent us a convo over the weekend, as we dedicate weekends to family. Thank you!

Each piece we make is handmade to order by us! Our current production time is 1-2 weeks (not including weekends and holidays). If you have a custom order, it could take a little longer for us to design it for you.

Resale: We do not consent to, or allow, any of our goods (blankets, tees, etc.) to be resold in any form for business purposes - this includes seamstresses using blankets to resell for fabric, etc.. Any person found doing so will have their orders cancelled immediately.

Lost packages: Once we fulfill an item and provide tracking, the item and delivery is out of our hands. Occasionally packages get lost or delayed via USPS. We are not responsible for lost items or items marked delivered. That being said, if it is possible for us to offer a replacement, we may offer that option on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds on lost packages.
