Shipping took approximately 1.5 months. Packaging included in picture. Will likely not order again

Hi Jada! Yes, you are correct, shipping did take longer than anticipated. Due to Covid and the activity in the Ukraine there have been significant delays that were beyond my control. I do apologize that it took so long for shipping. I will refund your shipping cost due to this delay. Also I noticed you stated something about the packaging, I know your order was marked as a gift but you did not pay for gift wrapping so that means that the packaging would be simplistic in its nature. I apologize that you were unhappy with the packaging. Are you able to message me to let me know specifically what you did not like about the packaging?
