I ordered 10 of the same miniature for a game, but 5 of them arrived broken (admittedly a semi-fragile design). I was promptly sent the entire order again even though I already had several in tact, so now I have more than enough. Great seller.
Placed an order for a few dozen custom Space Marine helmets. Not only were they the best quality I could hope for, they worked with me to decide exactly which helmets I wanted and had them ready and mailed faster than anyone else I have worked with on Etsy. I would very highly recommend Vertical and will definitely be using their shop again!
