Print and cut out these guided meditation flash cards to use when you need some quiet, relaxing time. Each card has a different shaped trail to trace with your finger while you read and follow the guided meditation below. This set comes with 12 cards and has ten different meditations.

- Find a quiet space.
- Sit in a comfortable position with the cards in your lap or on a table in front of you.
- Relax your shoulders and begin to focus on your breathing.
- When you are ready, choose a card and begin your guided meditation.

These are a great addition to a calm down corner for young children!

HOW IT WORKS:

After the purchase, you will receive an email with link to download file. You can also view your download link to file on your receipt page under "Purchases & Reviews".

Print your downloaded file at home or your local print shop. I suggest printing on card stock or laminating the paper to make the cards sturdier. Cut out the flash cards and have fun!
