- All products found in our shop are digital backdrops and overlays. Nothing physical will be shipped. Products will be available for download once payment has gone through. - OUR BACKDROPS AND OVERLAYS ARE INTENDED TO BE USED WITH PHOTOSHOP OR A SIMILAR PROGRAM. YOU MUST HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF COMPOSITES AND OF THE PROGRAMS NEEDED TO CREATE THEM IN ORDER TO USE OUR PRODUCTS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT OR TRAINING. IT IS THE PURCHASER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO LEARN HOW TO USE OUR DIGITAL BACKDROPS AND OUR OVERLAYS.

- Because of the digital nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By purchasing from our shop you are agreeing to these terms.

- Our backdrops and overlays are not intended for large-scale printing or to be made into physical backdrops.

- Not all backdrops and overlays found in our shop are traditional image sizes. When printing, cropping may occur. Please check the size BEFORE purchasing to ensure it will work for your needs.

- Composite Junkies is NOT responsible for the quality of your prints if you decide to print your completed composites.

- Our backdrops and overlays may not be used by any individual, professional, or hobbyist within a 200-mile radius of Myrtle Beach, SC without explicit permission from Nikki or Neal of CompositeJunkies. Please message us to discuss options.

Please GIVE CREDIT where credit is due. When posting to social media, please do one of the following.

TERMS OF USE

1. Our backdrops and overlays are intended for “PHOTOGRAPHERS” only.

* In this context, a “PHOTOGRAPHER” is any single individual; professional or hobbyist, who uses their PERSONAL camera, cell phone, or tablet to photograph a person, animal, or an object with the intention of compositing them into one of our backdrops or to add one of our overlays to an image they have taken personally.

Photographers MAY
- Use our backdrops and overlays to create composite images for their photography clients, friends, or family.
- Sell for profit or give away their completed composites in a FLATTENED and MODIFIED state to their photography clients, friends, or family.
- Make prints for their photography clients, friends, or family of the completed composite.

Photographers MAY NOT
- Save, download, or screenshot our examples to use as their own. PHOTOGRAPHERS must purchase the backdrop or overlay first and create their own examples if they wish to advertise their services.
- Sell or give away any of our backdrops or overlays unless they’re in a FLATTENED and MODIFIED state.
- Resell, give away, or market our backdrops or overlays in ANY MANNER that would be considered a direct violation of our copyrights. (Feel free to message us if you’re unsure what that means)

* The terms described above are for the purchaser ONLY and can not be transferred to a third party


2. Our backdrops and overlays are NOT intended for “REMOTE EDITING”

* In this context, “REMOTE EDITING” is considered any single individual; professional or hobbyist, who offers online editing services in which their customers/clients send them their images via email or other digital means to have them composited into one of our backdrops or to have one of our overlays added to their image.

REMOTE EDITORS: If you’re interested in using our products for your remote editing services, please message us for pricing.

Your inquiry should include:
1. Your name, business name (if applicable), and location (i.e., Myrtle Beach, SC USA). Please include links to all website(s), blog(s), and/or social media pages where you intend to offer your services.
2. If you’re a hobbyist or a professional.
3. If you’ll be editing for profit or if you’ll be offering your services for free.
4. Where will you be offering your services;
a. Locally (within a 100-mile radius) of where you live.
b. Regionally (the country in which you reside)
c. Worldwide (the entire world.)
5. If you plan to offer your services in any online groups (i.e. A Facebook group). Please include the name of the group and its current member count along with a link.
