When will my item ship?

Typically, our orders ship out in 2 to 4 business days. During the Christmas holiday season orders will ship between 3 and 5 business days.

Mounting hardware does not come with your order. You can purchase our Magnetic Hanging Kit with your order at https://www.etsy.com/listing/889489037/magnetic-hanging-hardware-kit We recommend the 4pc for sizes 24" and larger.

Our metal products are chemically treated and cleaned, powder coated, and cured in a 450-degree oven. As long as there are no blemishes or scratches, your piece is protected from the weather.

Custom and personalized orders

First, select the size, then color that you want, and then enter the personalization in the provided box below the size and color options.

Unfortunately, we cannot absolutely guarantee orders to arrive by Christmas due to being at the mercy of the shipping companies. However, we will ship according to their ship by date and are currently shipping everything in 3 to 5 business days.

What if my package is damaged during shipping?

If your order arrives damaged please send multiple photos of your item and the packaging. If your order is clearly damaged during shipping then we will send a replacement. We do not offer refunds for damaged items but we will send a replacement instead ASAP.
