Custom and personalised orders

Will gladly do custom orders, please message me and we can work something out. Specific beads, charms and gemstones can be ordered in for custom orders.

Any bracelet and necklace can have its length altered. Please leave a note at the end of checkout with what size request you would like and I will gladly adjust it for you. If you are unsure do not hesitate to message me first regarding the sizing issue and I’ll be more than happy to help you.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items come wrapped in tissue paper placed in a black organza bag with my business card. Gift wrapping is available at checkout with the option of black gift boxes available to hold the item in.

Wholesale availability

Please message me for larger quantities for any items, I will be happy to assist you. For even larger quantities a discount will be applied to the overall price. Keyrings and bookmarks will have a 15% price reduction for quantities of 20 and over. Quantities between 10-20 will have 10%. Sterling silver items will have a 10% price reduction for quantities of 10 and over. Quantities between 5-10 will have 5%. All other items will have a 15% price reduction for quantities of 10 and over. Quantities between 5-10 will have a price reduction of 10%. Items on sale will have the discount applied to the original price.

All items are due to tarnish at some point. Each necklace is sent in a plastic bag which will reduce its oxidation time and stop it from blackening. When the item is not being worn it is ideal to store items in grip seal bags. This is recommended for all sterling silver and non sterling silver items.

Weddings favours or gifts?

No problem at all! If you want to have an item available as a wedding favour or gift, please message me and we can work out a bulk wholesale price. Items can all be packaged and gift wrapped also with packaging being done to fit wedding colour themes. Please message with a generous amount of time in advance to allow items to get to the UK and be made.
