All of our packages are shipped through EXPRESS FIRST CLASS with a tracking number. Estimated shipping time is about 3-8 business days. This does NOT include processing time - time for preparing order (3-5 business days). **
**All US & Australia & Canada packages are shipped via FEDEX EXPRESS FIRST CLASS with a tracking number.
** All Europe packages are shipped via UPS or DHL EXPRESS FIRST CLASS with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please note that packages are sent from TURKEY internationally through EXPRESS FIRST CLASS mail. International shipments may take longer than domestics since they are subject to delays as they pass through CUSTOMS.**
** Packages are sent with unique tracking number so you can track anytime.
** We will also follow up with shipping company anytime until delivery completes.

We accept unworn/unpersonalized returns and/or exchanges within 7 days of when your package was delivered, with the following exceptions:

- Returns are NOT accepted on personalized pieces, unless we made an error. However, we do certainly want you to be happy with your purchase, if we didn't get something right please message us -- we will work out a reasonable solution!
- Personalized orders are non-returnable.
- Earrings are non-returnable.

- Please pack the item carefully with original packaging + and include your name and order number in the package
- Please send items being returned in a bubble mailer envelope (so items do not become damaged in the mail)

EXCHANGES

Please do not clean your items with any harsh chemicals, use only a polishing cloth to clean. All jewelry can tarnish over time we recommend keeping your jewelry in the plastic jewelry bag provided with your purchase when not wearing your items to keep them tarnish free!
