Moss poles are used to mimic climbing plants natural environments. Plant such as monstera deliciosa, monstera adansonii, pothos, philodendron, etc... The aerial roots of the plant will attach to the pole and climb upward. Usually the plant will grow larger leaves and monsteras will get more fenestrations.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please message me with photos within 24 hours of the delivery time! We can discuss a potential partial or full refund if suitable, excluding the shipping cost.

What happens if I used the wrong address?

As the buyer, you are responsible for ensuring your address is correct during checkout! If you notice it is wrong after the order has been placed, message me immediately! I will correct the address if your package has not yet been shipped. If the package was shipped, you are responsible to correct it by rerouting the package with USPS. What should I do once I receive my cuttings?

It is important that you remove the cuttings from the package asap once they arrive! Carefully take the cutting(s) out of the package and unwrap the plastic and moss. Place the cuttings in a cup of water and wait for the roots to grow! Please know that it is normal for cuttings to appeared wilted, or even have some brown spots after being in the mail!

What should I do once I receive my plant?

It is important that you remove the plant from the box asap once it arrives! Carefully take the plant out of the box, and remove any packaging. Place the plant into an area with the appropriate lighting, and water it if the soil is dry. I highly recommend leaving the plant in its nursery pot for 7+ days. That will allow the plant to recover from shipping before disturbing the roots.

I want a different size moss pole than what you have available, can you create custom sizes?

If you plan to make your own potting mix with coconut coir as the base, I highly recommend ordering multiple bags of the coconut coir!

Coconut coir: Eco-friendly peat moss substitute. Perfect for seed starting, or to use as the soil’s base.

Perlite: Horticultural grade, course perlite helps retain moisture and provides better drainage and soil aeration. **The perlite is slightly larger than shown in the current photos. It is size 3.**

Pine bark fines: A soil amendment which helps retain water. It also acts as a acidifier for offsetting ingredients such as pumice.

Pumice: Absorbs excess moisture, promotes drainage, and helps with soil aeration. Alternative to perlite, which some do not like since it tends to float to the surface while watering.

New Zealand Sphagnum moss: Long fiber, premium quality moss. Used in a variety of ways such as wrapping cuttings, in soil for water retention, or used as a soil alternative for carnivorous plants and jewel orchids.

Coconut chips: Provides more soil aeration. The coconut chips can also help absorb water.
