Wash all your favorite clothes on a cold, gentle cycle, and then hang to dry. This ensures they will last the longest. DO NOT follow the tag instructions, as this is for the shirt and not the print.

I have a size chart in the photo section of each listing. Please use those measurements to compare to the clothes you already own so we can get the size right. Unfortunately I can't accept returns based on the wrong size.

I accept returns or exchanges for new and unworn/unwashed items only. Personalized or custom items are NOT eligible for return. You MUST contact me within 14 days after the tracking shows your order was delivered. Please note: - The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (returns will be sent to Canada). - Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded. The original shipping cost will not be refunded (unless there is an issue with the order). However, if there is anything wrong with the item (defective, not up to par, etc) I will personally arrange a full refund (shipping included) or reprint free of charge! Photo proof will be required to illustrate any issue or defect.

"Returned to Sender"/"Failed Delivery"

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Please kindly understand that items returned due to an incorrect address will be subject to reshipment fees. I can not cancel or refund an order due to the wrong address given to me.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

I have multiple manufacturers so some items may ship separately. If you did not receive your whole order please do not worry, the rest is on its way. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

Where Do the Items Ship From?

All items ship from my manufacturer within the United States.

What if I Need my Order by a Specific Date?

If you are planning to order anything that you require by a specific date, you must contact me BEFORE purchasing your order or I will not be able to guarantee it will be delivered on time. I kindly ask that you do not purchase anything and ask me after the fact. Orders go into production almost immediately and once they do, they cannot be cancelled. For example, if you purchase the item first and leave a note in the box that says "Need this by [insert date here]", the note may be missed and it may be too late to do anything about it. For more information about my turn around times, you can read estimated delivery dates in the descriptions of each listing.

When Will My Item Be Delivered?

All items are made-to-order, which means they are printed only after they are purchased. All items spend 1-5 business days in production BEFORE they are shipped out, and another 1-5 days in transit (US only). This means you can expect your order to be delivered anywhere from 2 to 9 business days. Holidays, may extend these turn around times.
