Each purchase comes with a personal use and limited commercial use license. With that license you are permitted the following:

PERSONAL USE

You may use these files for unlimited personal use (personal use meaning that you don’t make money from or share with others what you create with my designs) such as wall art, posters, art prints, frames, card making, scrapbooking, etc. If you intend to sell or giveaway anything that you create using my designs or if they will be used for your business (including blogs or social media accounts that are revenue generating), you must abide by the Commercial Use terms.

COMMERCIAL USE
- You may use my designs for your physical products as a design element, such as monogrammed items, personalized items, personalized invitations, and other customized items up to 550 impressions as long as it meets the other criteria outlined below.

- You may print and sell physical copies of greeting cards, invitations, calendars, and other print materials up to 550 print impressions of the design as long as my graphics are incorporated into your own design and it meets the other criteria outlined below.

- You can use my designs in custom logo design, branding, and banner design for yourself.

- You are allowed to use my designs in your personal blog or social media account design and posts. The graphics must be re-sized (72dpi) and the artwork must be flattened (no transparent background).

- No credit is required for limited commercial usage, but you cannot imply or claim that you are the author of the artwork.


YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM THE FOLLOWING:

- You cannot resell my artwork as is or create “blanks” using my artwork (in print or on a product). It must be incorporated into your overall design, such as adding monograms or personalization.

- You cannot use my designs to make clip art, digital paper, digital designs or sell digital downloads of my designs regardless of if you’ve incorporated them into your artwork.

-You may not re-distribute my designs. You are not allowed to sub-license, re-sell, lend, assign or gift my designs. You may not share or giveaway my designs regardless of if you’ve incorporated them into your artwork (i.e. adding a monogram or personalization).

- You may not use my single images or designs for mass production (more than 550 imprints) or wholesale. You may not license products that you designed with my graphics for wholesale.

- You may not sell my designs on fabric, wallpaper, wrapping paper, stickers or vinyl.

- You may not digitize my artwork for embroidery or for any other purpose.

- You may not create design templates, either on-line or off-line, including but not limited to website templates, blog templates, flash templates, business card templates, e-card templates and brochure design templates.

- You may not sell products containing my designs on reseller websites like Cafe Press, Zazzle, Snapfish, RedBubble and the like.

- You may not print a work containing these images in excess of 550 times without obtaining an Extended License.

Extended license requests may be considered on a case by case basis.
