Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes, you can add a gift message when you order. This message will appear at the bottom of the order's packing slip. Our packing slips only show item names and quantities, no pricing.

Can I Change the shipping address on an order?

Yes. If your order hasn't shipped, we're happy to update the address. Please write an Etsy message to request an address change.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We currently use DHL Express, USPS and FedEx.

What happens when my item damaged during shipping?

If your item is damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours. If your mug arrives broken, please send a message via Etsy with a photo attached for proof within 24 hours, and we will happily replace your mug!

What happens to my package when it is returned to sender?

Once we receive a returned package we will contact you right away to verify the shipping address. Re-shipping fees may apply, please contact existgifts@icloud.com for more details. If we do not get a response after 30 days, the package is discarded.

I didn’t receive my order but the tracking ID says it was delivered

Once the tracking ID indicates an order was delivered, most often a family member picked up the package without informing the recipient. In the rare circumstance it's missing or stolen, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier. File a claim with DHL: https://mydhl.express.dhl/us/en/help-and-support/contact-us/claims.html File a claim with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm We are not responsible for reprinting or refunding orders that are marked as delivered. The reasons why the order appears to be missing could be various - it got stolen from the mailbox, misplaced around the property, handed to another family member, and I'm afraid we are not able to look into that. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier.

What method do you use to print mugs?

We use dye sublimation. Dye sublimation is a versatile printing method that uses heat to transfer ink onto a variety of materials including fabrics, plastics, and ceramics.
