RETURN POLICY:

We gladly accept refunds on undamaged and unworn goods up to 14 days after delivery in the original packaging EXCEPT on personalized items, and custom orders since they are made-to-order items. Please contact us within 5 days from the delivery date and ship items back within 14 days from the delivery date. We are not responsible for any wear and tear on the item; however, we can do repairs for a fee. Please note that Norm Jewels pieces are solid gold - meaning the highest quality - but that does not make them indestructible. Our pieces MUST be handled with the utmost care. We are not responsible for any lost and damaged package for your shipment back to us. Please make sure you seal your return securely and use the tracking option.

How To Return:

Send us a message for your return or exchange request. Pack your unworn and undamaged jewelry back into packaging, and please ship it the way you got it! Include the invoice and a note for the return or the exchange. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Once its shipped please send us the tracking number.

You can cancel your order in the first 24 hours after your order is placed, after 24 hours 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items during the production.

All of our rings are made according to the U.S. jewelry standard sizes. Feel free to contact us for further information.

Remove jewelry when showering or bathing. This is particularly important when on the beach, in the sea, and in chlorinated water.
Avoid wearing jewelry when doing physical work such as housekeeping, gardening, or exercise.
Never expose jewelry to household cleaning products, especially bleach, and highly reactive solutions.
Avoid spraying perfume, or hairspray on the gemstones or pearls as it jeopardizes the integrity of the material.
Remove jewelry when applying make-up, creams to avoid the residue getting into the texture or gemstone setting.
Any residue dulls the shine of your ring.
Keep away from extreme temperatures and humidity.

All BRENNMORE styles are carefully handmade in our London Studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends) before we ship your order.

We offer TOTALLY- FREE CUSTOM DESIGN & ENGRAVING SERVICE

We will be happy to help with any design you have in mind or help you to recreate a piece you owned and lost. Any image or even a sketch will be useful.

We will send you a rendered image and design image with the measurements for your approval before we go ahead and start production on the piece.

We can also update our rings according to your engagement and solitaire rings to stack well.

You can cancel your order within the first 24 HOURS after your order is placed, after that 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my small business.

USPS and Royal Mail take about 1-2 days to update tracking initially.

Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit. We will try our best to solve the issue.

If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 15 days of shipment, we will REPLACE your order free of charge.

Orders lost in transit will be replaced, please do not request a refund for losses caused by the delivery company

Please note that BRENNMORE is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service
