What is Titanium and Niobium?

These two metals are both nickel free, hypoallergenic, totally inert, non-reactive metals. Both Titanium and Niobium are advised to be used when you have metal allergies and your skin reacts to nickel, copper, brass, silver, gold, platinum and surgical stainless steel. The Titanium I use is Grade-1 which is commonly used in surgical implants in the body. It is very lightweight, but as strong as steel. The Niobium is a pure metal, not an alloy (=mixed with other metals). Niobium is 20% lighter then sterling silver. Both metals are silvery grey and don’t tarnish. Niobium can be anodized to a yellow gold color, this process doesn't involve actual gold as a metal and so these earrings are great even when you are allergic to gold.

Is It Packed in a Gift Box and ready to give?

All completed jewelry will be packed in a gift box, fit for giving as a gift. However, for an additional €2 fee, I will wrap the box in appropriate wrapping. Earwires, Earring backs, and Necklace Extenders will be placed in a small ziplock plastic bag.
