The leather has a strange film that sloughs off in pieces after a while. The shoes are gorgeous, but they degrade
Wonderful authentic Huaraches -- great desert shoes, beach-boardwalk shoes, hot dry weather shoes. The leather looks fantastic. Not for rainy, messy weather, however the unique style will provide a great look! They are flat inside and flat soled -- so if you need arch support, look elsewhere. I wear a US 10.5 with a 10 1/4" measured foot. I ordered size US 10, knowing the leather will expand as it ages. They fit perfectly as long as I'm in no socks or thin socks.
I appreciate how they do business. Very professional.
