These are handwritten, specific to our products, if you see another shop using them, they are stolen. - Keep your jewelry in a cool, dry environment to ensure the longevity of the product. Plated jewelry can last years with proper care! - Avoid contact with oils, perfumes and any chemicals - Avoid swimming, showering, sleeping or working out in your jewelry - A soft cloth can be used to remove build up and improve shine - We recommend to store jewelry in an airtight container to prevent oxidation when not being worn - Moisture from showering, exercising etc. will cause the plating to wear off so we recommend taking it off before - Acidic skin pH will cause gold plating to wear off easily, it is not recommended to wear non-real jewelry

RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGE

We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations regardless of reason. Purchasing from us identifies that you acknowledge our shop policies and abide by them. NOVA&CO holds the rights to deny any return, refund or exchange. Buyer is always responsible for shipping costs including return and exchange costs. This means the buyer pays original shipping costs, return shipping costs and the shipping cost if there is any exchange courtesy. FOR ANY REFUNDS - NO original shipping costs will be refunded, there is a 25% - 35% restocking fee depending on the cost of your order. These are non-negotiable.

The most common issue is a charm falling off a necklace or a belly ring coming apart. Dangle belly rings are a super cute staple for belly jewelry, but they do require more care. Due to the placement of the piercing, the jewelry may snag on clothing so it is important to wear with care and remove when exercising, swimming, or wearing clothing that will press against it. While these are an easy fix, we offer to repair your item - shipping BOTH ways must be purchased by the customer. We are not responsible for products broken after use. Replacement fees will apply for any other damage after use if applicable. We are not responsible for broken, tarnished, etc. items that have been used or worn. Only valid within 5 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 business day. We cannot guarantee replacement after this time frame. We are happy to replace items damaged in DOMESTIC orders however international orders will need to purchase shipping unless insurance was purchased on the shipping. We package all of our items carefully in a well-protected bubble mailer to ensure safe delivery but accidents can happen during shipment. Items with sterling silver posts are very fragile and can bend during shipment, this is NOT considered damaged and will not be replaced. Please carefully bend your earring post back into place and contact us if you need further assistance. We are not responsible for any damage after use.

LATE DELIVERY / LOST MAIL

If you haven’t received your parcel in 7-10 business days after the item has shipped — First, check your tracking number. Contact USPS customer support with the tracking number provided for your package. They will be able to help you, we cannot. Etsy's seller protection policy states that buyers are not responsible for lost mail / no delivery with tracked shipping. If your order was marked as delivered but you didn't receive it please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping, please be aware there could be delays with any USPS shipping method this issue is not in our control. Domestic orders can take up to or over 30 days to arrive - International could take up to 2 months.

We are not responsible for lost mail, incorrect addresses, etc. once the package is in the hands of USPS it’s their liability. No refunds will be granted for lost mail. If a package is returned to us for any reason, you will not be granted a refund. You will need to purchase shipping to your correct address and we will ship it out again. If for any reason the customer refuses to purchase shipping, there will be a restocking fee for any items that were returned to us. If you checked out with the wrong address, we are happy to fix it! Just send us a message with your correct address. If your item has already been shipped, there is nothing we can do.

At times, items may be on pre-order due to us not having the supplies currently to make your jewelry. A lot of the time, the items can ship sooner than the posted date but keep in mind there are currently shipping delays so it may take the full amount of time marked at checkout. You are not eligible for a refund if you no longer want the items, no cancellations will be made for pre-order items. Etsy lets you know how long shipping will take and an estimate before, during, and after checkout - this is when you will receive your item. If you bundle pre-order items with items currently in stock - all items will be shipped by the pre-order date unless you want to pay shipping twice if this is the case please make separate purchases.

Hi Rose! You posted your review while your package was still in transit to its destination. It looks like the package was delivered to your address on November 9th - two days after this review. International orders to the UK can take 2 weeks minimum to arrive which is out of our control, but the shipping estimate does show at the time of checkout. We tried to reach out to you to communicate this issue with you with no response.
