Each listing includes sizing options, but if you’re unsure, feel free to message me! For bracelets, I recommend measuring your wrist snugly and adding about ½ inch (1.25 cm) for comfort. For necklaces, please check the length guide image (if provided) or ask for recommendations based on how you’d like it to fit (e.g., choker, collarbone length, longer).

To keep your jewelry beautiful, avoid water, sweat, perfumes, and lotions. Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising. Store in a dry place, preferably in an airtight bag. Gently wipe gemstones and beads with a soft cloth after wearing. Use a polishing cloth for sterling silver; for gold-filled, clean with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives. Gemstones can be delicate—avoid dropping or striking them. Contact me if you need repairs or resizing; I’m happy to help!

Gift wrapping and packaging

All jewelry comes packaged in a 3.5 x 3.5 x 1 inch kraft gift box—perfect for gifting! If you prefer a different style of packaging or need something special for an occasion, please message me for a custom packaging request. I'm happy to accommodate whenever possible!

Wholesale availability

Wholesale orders are available upon request! If you’re interested in carrying my handmade jewelry in your shop or need bulk quantities for an event, please message me to discuss pricing, minimum order quantities, and production times. I'd love to work with you!

Wrong Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an address is incorrect and the item is returned, I can reship to the correct address, but the buyer will be responsible for new shipping costs. Contact me ASAP if you notice an error!

Sale pricing is only honored during the active sale period. Orders placed outside of that timeframe will not be price-adjusted, regardless of shipping status. If an item’s price is later reduced, previous orders will not be refunded or adjusted.

I ordered the wrong length/size — what can I do?

If you ordered the wrong size or need a different length, please contact me. I’m happy to adjust the size when possible. Most necklace and bracelet adjustments will require a small materials and labor fee. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and shipping for redelivery.
