If your order is taking longer than the estimated time and you upgragded to a tracked delivery service at checkout, you will be able to track your order via the tracking number provided. For standard delivery services please double-check the given address and also check with your local post office. Please note that after I have mailed your order to the address you provided, I unfortunately have no control over the amount of time it takes to reach you and whether it reaches you successfully but I will do my best to help wherever I can.

When will the item I want be back in stock?

I try to restock sold out items within 2-4 weeks depending on demand. In the meantime make sure to check my main shop website because it may still be available there!

I accidentally put the wrong address on my order. Can you change it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, then yes, please contact me as soon as possible and I will manually change the address on your order. If your order has already been dispatched, then unfortunately there is nothing I can do.

How long does UK delivery take?

UK deliveries usually take between 1-3 working days to arrive. If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, please check with neighbours and in any safe places outside your property. If you still cannot find it then please get in touch and I will investigate further.

How long does international delivery take?

International deliveries usually arrive within 3-4 weeks however it can take up to 6 weeks if there are delays at customs. All international orders are sent via tracked delivery and so you will be able to track your order on its journey to you at each stage. If it has been 6 weeks and your order has still not arrived, please get in touch and I will investigate further.

Do you do custom requests or commissions?

I try to take on as many commissions and custom requests as I can but, unfortunately, I am not always able to accommodate your specific request. Please contact me for more information. For full disclosure, I do charge more for commissions as they are items I am creating from scratch which I will not necessarily be adding to my product circulation. This means that my standard hourly rate for design work applies. In addition to this, professional printing costs for small quantities are much higher and so this also factors into the final quote. If your request is something I am planning on adding to my product inventory then keep an eye out for it in the restocks and you will be able to purchase it at the standard bookmark price!

Can I purchase individual bookmarks from the bookmark sets?

It depends. Some of the bookmarks in the sets are also part of my original standalone collection and so can be purchased separately. However, others have been designed exclusively for the bookmark sets and are currently not available to purchase on their own.

Do you ship to the EU?

Unfortunately I am unable to ship to the EU at the moment due to GPSR. It's very expensive to become GPSR compliant and at the moment I just don't have enough custom from the EU to make it worthwhile. Hopefully one day this will change but at the moment it just isn't financially viable. Thank you for your understanding!

I don't see my country listed when I try to order. What can I do?

I ship everywhere except the EU so if you don't see your country listed then please get in touch and I will add it so you can order :)

Why is international shipping so expensive?

All international orders are sent via tracked delivery for your convenience. This is a pricier service but helps to ensure peace of mind and that your order reaches you safely. Orders to the US also have a mandatory additional customs duty charge included in the delivery price. This simply means that you are paying the obligatory customs duties upfront at checkout rather than upon delivery.
