Keep in mind that USPS commonly experiences delays, so your tracking number may list the status of your shipment as "pre-transit" when it is in fact in post office possession. Please be patient, as most orders arrive at their final destination within one week.

Most items ship within 1-3 business days and arrive within one week, but if you need Priority Express shipping, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss purchasing a shipping add-on. We do not use FedEx, UPS, or any other mail carriers besides USPS at this time.

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. At this time, we are only able to guarantee quality, timely delivery to these areas. In the future, if we are able to secure a reliable shipping method, we may consider opening to other countries.

For bandanas, machine or hand wash in cool water and either hang dry or dry on low heat. Placing your bandana inside of a mesh laundry bag for delicates will also help protect your item.

For bow ties and collar flowers, hand wash ONLY by blotting with a soft cloth, then laying flat to dry. Do NOT soak collar flowers. While damp, you can re-shape collar flower petals if they have been squished. Once dry, you may want to consider spraying your flowers with a fabric stiffener to further lengthen its life.
