We typically offer 50% off all wholesale orders with a minimum of 10 items per order. Buyers are responsible for shipping based on order weight and size. All wholesale orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Each piece takes roughly 5-7 business days to hand make in our Bali studio. Please allow 5-7 full business days to process your order. You will receive a tracking number AFTER we finish processing your order.

Each piece requires custom molding, firing, setting, finishing, and packaging which is what requires the extra time. We don't mass produce pieces for direct to consumers.

Standard international shipping = 12 business days (or so)
Express International shipping = 5 business days (or so)

We do offer refunds within 5 days of delivery proof. Items must be 100% unworn and in mint condition. Because each piece is hand made and custom, there is a 20% restocking fee per item.

We will happily exchange any ring for a different size for free. Customer is responsible for shipping back to our Arizona returns office along with covering replacement shipping from Bali which we will send you a payment link for. We will cover the cost of remaking your item including metals and handmade processes. This offer is valid once per order only.

Orders exceeding 3 items are not eligible for refunds due to the cost of man hours and material involved. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Verdigris is the common name for a green pigment obtained through the application of acetic acid to copper plates or the natural patina formed when copper, brass or bronze is weathered and exposed to air or seawater over a period of time.

For some, their PH levels have a reaction to the brass metal elements and can turn their skin slightly green. It is totally harmless and washed off with some basic hand soap. Nothing to be alarmed about.

It happens to me with my skin all the time and comes off no issues :)

Due to the nature of handmade work and precious metal material acquisition, all orders cancelled after 24 hours from the time of purchase are subject to a 20% cancellation fee which is deducted from your cancellation refund or we can provide a 100% store credit for future use. We thank you in advance for your understanding the time and expenses associated with our unique handmade process.

Custom orders are non-cancellable. All sales are final.

We will happily replace or refund you in full. We will provide you with a pre-paid USPS return label to our Arizona intake office. Once the item has arrived, we will quickly verify the product is the same as you ordered and then remake or refund you in full.
