Gift wrapping and packaging

Sticker-only orders are sent as letter mail unless ordered with pins, keychains, or a very large sticker order. Other orders are sent in bubble mailers. I do not do gift wrapping or messages. Marking as "gift" only hides the pricing from shipping receipts; this is an Etsy option I can't turn off. I do not include printed receipts so checking this doesn't do anything.

Will you bundle items for me? Can you discount my order?

I cannot discount your order for you. There are 10% off codes available to abandoned carts, items favorited, and as thank yous for shopping. Please use those or watch for sales. My prices are already fairly low and I can't afford to give everyone who asks a special discount. I will combine orders made close together. I will not make private listings.

When will you restock _____?

I cannot answer that for you, as I restock when I am able to. Items marked "last chance" will not be restocked. You are still free to double check this, as sometimes I have items on the way!

What can I do if my order is lost? What if it's returned to seller?

If your order seems to be lost, please contact me! I will always try to work it out and get the item to you. If your package is returned to me not through my fault, you can either: -Pay for shipping again to have the package sent again. -Receive a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. I will not mark any shipment as a gift or alter the value or contents on the customs form.

My tracking status says out for delivery/delivered, but it isn't here.

Wait a few days, as USPS often scans items early. Sometimes it says "delivered" when it isn't. If a few days have passed, call or visit the local USPS post office to see where it is. Try asking neighbors, roommates, and family. Check around your property in case it was placed in a hidden area or blew around. I cannot help you find your package once it's handed over to USPS. Only USPS can help you. If it is marked "delivered" I unfortunately cannot help you. You can contact Etsy about lost packages 48 hours after contacting me.

My order was damaged in transit or I got the wrong item/an item is missing.

Please contact me with pictures. Please explain which items are missing or incorrect and I will offer you a refund for the item or a replacement. I cannot offer replacements or refunds after 15 days past delivery.

A GRADE: May contain slight errors but I do my best to make sure it's as perfect as can be. Potential to contain a tiny speck, a slight underfill, slight screenprint error, minor metal imperfections, or a small bubble. I try to never allow more than one of these flaws on an A grade. B GRADE: minor scratches, dust, slight underfilling of enamel, slightly uneven surface, small bubbles, minor screenprinting errors, and slightly jagged edges could be present. B-grades are still very high quality. C GRADE: noticeable underfilling, noticeable unevenness, scratches, overpolishing, missing enamel, incorrect cut, jagged edges, screenprinting errors, incorrect colors, stains, and missing detail could be present.

Why is shipping to Germany so high?

I can't ship to Germany because of the verpackg. Etsy doesn't allow me to disable countries so I had to opt to make shipping insane. If you want to order you'd have to use a forwarding service outside of Germany. I do not make enough sales to Germany to justify the expense of the verpackg. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

International sticker orders:

There is now a tracking option for sticker-only orders. You can still buy untracked shipping for much cheaper, but now it's possible to get a tracked sticker order internationally. If you are in Canada, please use the shipping upgrade for Canada. If you are in any other country, please use the international upgrade. DO NOT ADD THESE UPGRADES IF YOU BUY PINS OR KEYCHAINS AS WELL! THEY ARE NOT NECESSARY! THIS IS ONLY FOR STICKER ORDERS!

My order was returned to the seller. What now?

I will always tell you if an order is returned to me and why. If it was an error on my part, I will ship again at no extra charge. If the error is not on my part, I can refund minus the cost of shipping, or charge shipping again to re-send it. If you do not respond within 60 days of me receiving a package back, your order is forfeit and there are no refunds. I cannot hold your order indefinitely and I cannot offer refunds after 60 days.
